Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Clerk $17.50/hour Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing orders for shipment, which includes packaging products, entering tracking information into a computer system, and printing labels. The position involves working in a partially climate-controlled warehouse and lifting up to 50 lbs repetitively. You will also perform administrative duties such as opening and re-boxing packages, sending emails to the procurement team, and entering information into SAP according to SOP and customer guidelines.
Responsibilities - Prepare orders for shipment by packaging products, entering tracking information, and printing labels.
- Use SAP software throughout the day for various tasks.
- Perform administrative duties including opening and re-boxing packages.
- Send emails to the procurement team with relevant information.
- Enter information into SAP as per SOP and customer guidelines.
- Work overtime and weekends for the next 3-6 months, totaling approximately 60+ hours per week.
- Return to a normal 40-hour work week after the backlog is reduced.
- Pack and pick orders and document into the computer system.
- Remain on feet all day and lift 20-30 lbs regularly.
- Prepare complex reports, presentations, and analysis using various software packages and databases.
- Determine methods and procedures to accomplish tasks.
Essential Skills - Experience with SAP software.

Work Environment You will work in a partially climate-controlled warehouse. The position requires you to be on your feet all day and involves regular lifting of 20-30 lbs. The work hours include two shifts: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm and 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm. Expect overtime and weekend work for the first 3-6 months, which will total approximately 60+ hours per week before returning to a standard 40-hour work week.
Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irving, Texas.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
