Job Title: Shipping Clerk Job Description The ideal candidate will have experience in both domestic and international shipping, be proficient with ERP systems, and possess strong computer skills, including email and Excel. This role involves managing daily shipments, updating shipping logs, and performing inventory management tasks when necessary. The Shipping Clerk will work independently but collaborate closely with the receiving department.
Responsibilities - Manage and respond to emails from clients and internal teams.
- Scan orders and paperwork, logging them into the computer system.
- Utilize ERP systems (Epicore) for shipping processes.
- Handle both domestic and international shipping.
- Verify shipments, ensuring correct parts are sent to different locations.
- Process and manage invoices.
- Handle approximately 10 shipments per day.
- Update the shipping log daily with completed shipments.
- Perform cycle counts and manage inventory during slow periods.
- Focus primarily on shipping and receiving tasks.
- Collaborate with the receiving department as needed.
Essential Skills - Shipping experience (domestic & international)
- Proficiency with ERP Systems (Epicore preferred)
- Strong computer skills (emails and Excel)
- Experience with inventory control
- Fedex experience
- Data entry skills
Additional Skills & Qualifications - Ability to read and write in English
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Escondido, California.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
