Admin Shipping Clerk you will:
- Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure smooth communication with customers and partners.
- Coordinate shipments by preparing and processing shipping documents, labels, and invoices
- Act as a central point of contact for coordinating with production staff, warehouse staff, drivers, and other departments.
- Utilize computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and email systems, for daily administrative tasks.
- Track shipments and resolve any shipping-related issues
- Ensure compliance with company policies and shipping regulations
This is a
Full-Time Long-Term Opportunity The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in Shipping department
- Comfortable being in office setting for majority of shift
- Previous food production or warehouse environment background highly prefered
- Strong Excel and computer skills
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
- Comfortable working in cold environment as needed
- Flexible schedule to accommodate operational requirements
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00AM - 5:40PM
Days off :Wednesday and Sunday
Pay Rate: $18.25 Per hour
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
