Shipping & Receiving Forklift Operator 1 st & 2 nd Shift $18+ Woodridge , IL Overview We are seeking several dedicated Shipping & Receiving / Forklift Operators to join our team on the
1st shift (7AM-3:30PM) and 2 nd shift (3PM-11:30PM) .
In this role, you will operate a sit-down forklift and stand up forklift to move large and heavy products around the plant, pull materials for the production team, stage them by the production area, and ensure accurate inventory tracking using our Warehouse Management System (WMS). You will also be responsible for loading and unloading trucks and storing finished products in the correct locations.

Responsibilities - Operate a sit-down forklift and stand up forklift to move large and heavy products around the plant.
- Pull materials for the production team and stage them by the production area.
- Take finished products from production and store them in the correct location.
- Track inventory in the warehouse using the WMS to ensure accuracy.
- Load and unload trucks as they arrive.
- Assist in assembly, material handling, and general housekeeping tasks as needed.
Essential Skills - 3+ Years experience operating a sit-down forklift & stand up forklift.
- 3+ Years experience with inventory management and WMS.
- Experience using hand and power tools.
Additional Skills & Qualifications - Experience with crate building and packing crates.
- Experience working with large, industrial products is a plus.

Work Environment The work environment is a very clean and organized manufacturing floor with plenty of space. It is quiet, well-lit, and currently houses a team of about 15 people, with plans to grow to 25 by the end of the year.
The shifts are from 7 AM to 3:30 PM during training and then transition to a long-term 2nd shift from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
