Shipping and Receiving Specialist $20 - $25/hr Job Description This position is responsible for ensuring the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, with customer satisfaction being the primary goal. Key duties include accurately picking, packing, receiving, and managing inventory control as well as conducting cycle counts, storing, distributing, and preparing products for shipment. This role ensures that orders are fulfilled efficiently and correctly while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. It is a critical position that supports the smooth flow of goods from the warehouse to the customer. This role is a short-term contract position, lasting approximately 2 to 3 months. Please note that this opportunity is strictly temporary, with no possibility of transitioning into a permanent role within the company.
Responsibilities - Accurately pick, pack, and manage inventory control.
- Conduct cycle counts and store products appropriately.
- Distribute and prepare products for shipment.
- Maintain high standards of quality and safety.
- Ensure orders are fulfilled efficiently and correctly.
- Quality check to ensure the right contents are in boxes.
- Stay on task during fluctuating workload demands.
