We are looking for a dedicated Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for picking, scale-counting, packing, and shipping orders using WMS/ERP software and devices. You will also be involved in manually palletizing and preparing shipments for pickup, along with all associated documentation. This role requires a strong understanding of inventory principles and material movement functions.
Responsibilities - Pick, scale-count, pack, and ship orders using WMS/ERP software and devices.
- Manually palletize and prepare shipments for pickup along with all associated documentation.
- Accurately perform order fulfillment activities and assist with inventory control measures.
- Analyze special instructions and follow customer order requirements.
- Verify parts to ensure the correct part was selected and no visual contaminants are present.
- Communicate and address any issues that prevent the processing of customer orders.
- Follow controlled ISO and Environmental, Health & Safety procedures.
- Maintain safe operation of all necessary equipment in the work area.
- Assist in general warehouse and facilities activities when needed.
- Appropriately report/record any product or process discrepancies.
Essential Skills - Proficiency in inventory control using RF Scanner/Barcode.
- Experience with WMS/ERP software.
- Ability to stand for 8 hours a day.
- Capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Additional Skills & Qualifications - Experience with forklifts and material handling equipment.
- Knowledge of packaging and shipping procedures.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
