Role Overview: As a Shipping and Receiving Associate, you'll have the opportunity to make an impact in our fast-paced Shipping and Receiving Department. In addition to handling shipping and receiving responsibilities, you'll have the chance to showcase your expertise in customizing heavy-duty belts and rubber components to meet our customers' unique specifications. We're looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized team member who thrives on working with truck carriers, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring seamless shipments.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and verify with precision: You'll take charge of meticulously inspecting and validating incoming parts, materials, and supplies, ensuring absolute accuracy and completeness. Additionally, you'll maintain an organized stock area and diligently follow sales orders.
• Deliver excellence through shipping: Skillfully package and load products for shipments, leaving no room for errors. You'll meticulously verify and record all items, and efficiently collaborate with truck carriers and couriers to ensure prompt and reliable deliveries.
• Master the art of record-keeping: Accurate documentation is key, and you'll excel at maintaining meticulous shipping records for all requested categories, including goods returned. Your attention to detail will shine as you maintain a well-organized database of shipment data.
• Attention to detail that matters: Your keen eye for detail will enable you to quickly identify major discrepancies, over-shipments, or substitutions, and promptly notify your supervisor. Your dedication to precision will ensure seamless operations.

• Shipping and receiving expertise: Your preferred 1+ year of experience in shipping and receiving work will set you up for success, showcasing your familiarity with the process and ability to hit the ground running.
• Forklift finesse: Your prior forklift experience will be a valuable asset, highlighting your proficiency in operating the equipment safely and efficiently.
