My client is looking for a Shift Team Leader with strong manufacturing process experience to bolster their manufacturing facility. Role Description
Leadership of a production team, including management of line leaders
Ensuring production requirements are met, operational targets are achieved whilst ensuring H&S, Quality standards are all delivered
Ensuring product quality is to customer expectations, training staff where necessary to promote a high quality, continuous improvement culture
Management of monitoring systems and report generation
Skills and Qualifications
Excellent IT skills
Confident communicator across all levels and functions
Metrics and target driven mindset
Lean manufacturing experience - must have
Risk assessment trained - must have
