Benefit Information Summary of Experience - Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or restaurant setting.
Basic Qualifications - Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
- Meet operating policies and standards, ensuring quality beverages and food products, cash handling, and store safety, with or without reasonable accommodations.
- 6 months of experience in a role requiring frequent interaction with customers.
- Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages according to standard recipes or customized for customers.
- At least 6 months of experience delegating tasks to others or coordinating the tasks of multiple employees.
