Summary of Experience - 1 year of customer service experience in retail or restaurant settings.
Basic Qualifications - Regular and consistent attendance is required with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
- Ability to meet store operating standards for quality beverages and food products, cash handling, and safety.
- At least six months of experience in a role requiring recurring interaction with customers.
- Ability to train others in food and beverage preparation according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
- A minimum of six months experience in delegating tasks and coordinating team activities.
