The starting pay for this position is up to $14.50 per hour depending on experience and availability.

- Lead the team as Manager in Charge, ensuring company standards for service, food safety, and procedures are met consistently.
- Participate actively in the training and development of team members.
- Assist with Profit and Loss management, maintain cash control procedures, and manage labor effectively.
- Provide regular feedback to the RGM and management on team performance.
Are you Qualified? - Must be 18 years or older.
- One year of restaurant experience, including proven leadership experience on all shifts.
- Must maintain a current Health Card according to state or local requirements.
- Basic math and reading skills are necessary.
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English is required.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- A background check is mandatory.
- Must be able to pass the ServSafe Certification Course and Exam.
