As a Starbucks Shift Supervisor, you will exemplify the operational standards that create the Starbucks Experience . You'll lead each shift, collaborating with a dedicated team of baristas to provide outstanding customer service and exceptional products. You'll thrive in a dynamic environment, where your leadership will uplift your team and enhance customer experiences while developing your own management skills.

Summary of Experience
  • 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment.
Basic Qualifications
  • Regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
  • Ability to meet store operational policies, maintaining high-quality beverage and food standards.
  • Six months of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Ability to prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to customer specifications.
  • At least six months of experience delegating tasks to team members.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Ability to effectively direct others.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt.
  • Excellent oral communication skills.
  • Understanding of the retail environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
