As a Starbucks Shift Supervisor, you will set the standard for store operations that define our Starbucks Experience . Leading each shift, you will work alongside a team of dedicated baristas, delivering exceptional customer service and expertly crafted products. In this dynamic store environment, you will have the opportunity to positively influence and guide your team, fostering an encouraging atmosphere while enhancing your leadership skills.   • Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment - 1 year
Basic Qualifications
  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
  • Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling, and store safety and security.
  • Have at least six months of experience in a position requiring constant interaction with customers.
  • Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes, accommodating any changes.
  • At least six months of experience delegating tasks to others or coordinating the tasks of multiple employees.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Ability to direct the work of others.
