The Shift Supervisor role is a foundational step in your management journey. This program is designed to enhance your leadership, coaching abilities, coffee and tea expertise, and business knowledge, all to prepare you for managing an entire store. Key Experience Needed: - One year of management experience in retail or customer service (two years preferred) or 4+ years of U.S. military service.
- One year of experience supervising teams, including teambuilding and coaching.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial attitude with experience in a sales-oriented environment.
