Are you ready to soar with us? Job Overview The Shift Supervisor is responsible for the daily operations of the store in the absence of upper management. You will support the management team in delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining product availability, ensuring safety, managing shifts efficiently, and providing vendor care. Work alongside store management to guarantee customer satisfaction, boost sales, and meet objectives.
Key Responsibilities: - Deliver extraordinary customer service and promptly address customer inquiries and feedback.
- Collaborate with the management team to elevate store performance in sales, expense management, merchandising, and team development.
- Lead, motivate, and coach associates during shifts.
- Implement customer service initiatives round-the-clock.
- Ensure adherence to all safety, security, quality, and operational protocols.
- Manage cash processes, including deposits and lottery transactions.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular counts and orders.
- Assist with vendor check-ins.

- Availability for 35-40 hours per week.
- Experience in successfully implementing changes and achieving results.
- Flexible schedule, including shifts on weekends and holidays based on business needs.
- Prior leadership experience in fast-paced retail or food service preferred.
- Familiarity with training, expense management, and food service planning.
- In-depth knowledge of all store operations, including food service.
- Experience in team leadership and development is advantageous.
- Demonstrated expertise in customer service, relationship building, and effective communication.
