As a Starbucks Shift Supervisor, you'll set the standard for store operations and embody the exceptional Starbucks Experience . You'll lead each shift while collaborating with a team of baristas to ensure outstanding customer service and exceptional product quality. In our vibrant store environment, you will have the opportunity to motivate and guide others, foster a supportive team culture, and develop your leadership skills. Our Shift Supervisors play a critical role in creating an uplifting atmosphere for both customers and partners.

Summary of Experience
  • 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or restaurant setting.
Basic Qualifications
  • Maintain regular attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
  • Meet store policies and standards, including providing quality products, cash handling, and maintaining security.
  • Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests.
  • Ability to prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or tailored for customers' preferences.
  • At least six months of experience delegating tasks to or coordinating with a team of two or more employees.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Ability to lead and direct the work of others.
  • Adept at learning quickly.
  • Effective oral communication skills.
  • Understanding of the retail environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate as part of a team.
  • Ability to build rapport and relationships.
