As a Starbucks Shift Supervisor, you will embody our operational standards and elevate the Starbucks Experience . Leading your team on each shift, you will collaborate with baristas to deliver exceptional customer service and expertly-crafted products. Summary of Experience
  • Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment - 1 year
Basic Qualifications
  • Regular and punctual attendance.
  • Availability for flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Adherence to store operating policies and standards for quality and safety.
  • Six months of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Experience coaching food and beverage preparation to meet standards.
  • At least six months of experience in delegating tasks or coordinating teams.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Ability to lead and direct the work of others.
  • Quick learner.
  • Strong oral communication skills.
  • Familiarity with the retail environment.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Team-oriented mindset.
  • Relationship-building skills.
