Summary of Experience - 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment.
Basic Qualifications - Consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Availability for flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Compliance with operational policies and standards, including the delivery of quality beverages and food, cash handling, and safety protocols.
- At least 6 months of experience in a role involving regular interaction and service to customers.
- Ability to prepare and coach others in preparing food and beverages, including customizing recipes.
- At least 6 months of experience in delegating tasks and coordinating the work of two or more employees.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities - Ability to supervise the work of others.
