As a Shift Supervisor, you'll play a key role in providing exceptional operational standards that define the Starbucks Experience. You will lead each shift, working alongside an enthusiastic team of baristas to deliver outstanding customer service and create expertly crafted products. In this dynamic environment, you'll have the opportunity to influence your team positively, foster a motivating atmosphere, and enhance your leadership abilities.

Summary of Experience
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or restaurant setting.
Basic Qualifications
  • Consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
  • Ability to meet store operating policies and standards.
  • At least 6 months of experience interacting with customers.
  • Experienced in preparing food and beverages as per standard recipes or customer specifications.
  • At least 6 months of experience delegating tasks or coordinating a team.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Ability to direct and support the work of others.
  • Fast learner.
  • Effective oral communication abilities.
  • Awareness of the retail environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Capability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Aptitude for building relationships.
