As a Starbucks shift supervisor, you will embody the operational standards that define our Starbucks Experience . You'll lead each shift and collaborate with a team of baristas to provide exceptional customer service and meticulously crafted products. Summary of Experience
  • 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or restaurant setting.
Basic Qualifications
  • Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Available for flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and more.
  • Adhere to store operating policies and standards, including beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and ensuring safety and security.
  • Six (6) months of experience in a role with constant customer interaction.
  • Ability to prepare and coach others on food and beverage preparations to meet standard recipes or customer needs.
  • At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to others or coordinating team efforts with multiple employees.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Ability to direct the work of others.
  • Quick learner with a proactive attitude.
  • Strong oral communication skills.
  • Familiarity with the retail environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
  • Skilled in building relationships.
