As a Starbucks

Summary of Experience - 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or restaurant setting.
Basic Qualifications - Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Available for flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and more.
- Adhere to store operating policies and standards, including beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and ensuring safety and security.
- Six (6) months of experience in a role with constant customer interaction.
- Ability to prepare and coach others on food and beverage preparations to meet standard recipes or customer needs.
- At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to others or coordinating team efforts with multiple employees.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Ability to direct the work of others.
- Quick learner with a proactive attitude.
