Experience Needed: - 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or restaurant setting.
Basic Qualifications: - Consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without accommodation.
- Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to meet store policies and standards, including quality beverage preparation, cash handling, and safety protocols.
- At least six months of experience in a customer-centric position.
- Experience in preparing and coaching others on food and beverage preparation.
- At least six months of experience in delegating tasks among team members.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: - Ability to lead and direct the work of others.
- Quick learning aptitude.
- Strong oral communication skills.
- Knowledge of retail operations.
