What the Job Entails: As a Shift Manager, youu2019ll be responsible for a range of tasks, including planning and overseeing shifts, ensuring team performance aligns with McDonaldu2019s standards, and monitoring safety, security, profitability, communication, and teamwork. Youu2019ll help meet shift targets and ensure assigned departments meet their goals.
