Shift Maintenance Engineer

Location: Bala, Gwynedd, United Kingdom

Salary: £46,000 per year (includes free parking, pension)

We are seeking a shift maintenance engineer to join our team at The Cake Crew. The role will be on an 8-week shift rotation of days and nights, working 4 on 4 off, 12-hour shifts.

Minimum Requirements:

The ideal candidate will be electrical biased with a minimum of 16th edition wiring regulations and have a basic understanding of mechanical and pneumatic systems. A food manufacturing background is preferred but not essential.

You should possess the following skills:

• Good spoken communication
• Ability to plan and prioritise your own work and other people's
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Good multitasker
