As a Shift Leadership Supervisor, you will set the standard for exceptional store operations and embody the Starbucks Experience . You'll lead your team of baristas during each shift, ensuring outstanding customer service and expertly crafted beverages. In our dynamic and vibrant store environment, you will influence and encourage your team, while also developing your own leadership abilities. Your role will be pivotal in creating a positive atmosphere for both customers and partners.

Summary of Experience
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or restaurant setting.
Basic Qualifications
  • Consistent attendance and punctuality are required.
  • Availability for flexible work hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
  • Adherence to store policies and standards for quality beverages, food products, cash handling, and safety.
  • At least six (6) months of experience in a role with constant customer interaction.
  • Capability to prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages according to standard recipes or customized requests.
  • Experience in delegating tasks and coordinating team activities.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Ability to direct and motivate others.
  • Quick learner with adaptability.
  • Strong oral communication skills.
  • Familiarity with the retail environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to function effectively as part of a team.
