As a Shift Leader, you will exemplify the operational standards that define the Starbucks Experience. Leading each shift, you will collaborate with a team of baristas, ensuring excellent customer service and high-quality products. Experience Required:
  • Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment - 1 year
Basic Qualifications:
  • Consistent attendance and punctuality.
  • Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Meet store operating policies for quality, cash handling, and security.
  • At least six months of customer interaction experience.
  • Experience in coaching food and beverage preparation.
  • Minimum six months experience in delegating tasks among team members.
Skills and Abilities:
  • Ability to guide the work of others.
  • Quick learning capabilities.
  • Effective verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of the retail environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
