About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team in the Accommodation and Food Services industry. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment during your shift. Your major end result will be to provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and safe environment for our guests and employees. You will be a key player in ensuring that our establishment runs efficiently and effectively.
Minimum Qualifications: - Cash handling experience
- Food safety knowledge
- Ability to repetitively use feet for extended periods of time
- Basic math skills
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in economics or accounting
- Ability to dust shelves and perform light cleaning duties
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Responsibilities: - Oversee the daily operations of the establishment during your shift
- Ensure that all employees are following safety procedures and food safety regulations
- Handle cash and maintain accurate records of all transactions
- Resolve conflicts and customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Train and mentor new employees to ensure they are meeting our standards
