As a Starbucks shift leader, you'll model the operational standards that define the Starbucks Experience . Summary of Experience
  • 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or restaurant setting.
Basic Qualifications
  • Consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Availability for flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
  • Ability to meet operating policies and standards, ensuring quality beverages and food products, cash handling, and store safety.
  • A minimum of six months of experience in customer interaction roles.
  • Skills in preparing and coaching food and beverage preparation to standard recipes.
  • At least six months of experience in delegating tasks or coordinating tasks among employees.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Capability to direct the work of others.
  • Quick learning abilities.
