As a Starbucks Shift Leader, you will set the standard for store operations that define our Starbucks Experience . You will lead each shift, working alongside a dedicated team of baristas to deliver outstanding customer service and expertly crafted products. Experience Requirements
  • 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or restaurant setting.
Basic Qualifications
  • Maintain regular attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Available for flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
  • Adhere to store operating policies and standards including quality beverage preparation, cash handling, and store safety protocols.
  • 6 months experience in a role that involved active customer interaction.
  • Prepare and coach others in the preparation of food and beverages to meet standard recipes or customized requests.
  • At least 6 months experience in delegating tasks or coordinating the work of multiple employees.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Ability to direct the work of others.
  • Quick learner with a keen willingness to grow.
  • Effective oral communication skills.
  • Understanding of the retail environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Team-oriented mindset.
  • Able to build lasting relationships.
