Benefit Information Summary of Experience - Customer service experience in retail or food service - 1 year.
Basic Qualifications - Regular attendance and punctuality.
- Availability for flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Adherence to store policies for operating standards, including cash handling and safety.
- At least six months in a role requiring customer interaction.
- Experience in preparing and coaching food and beverages to standard or customized recipes.
- Six months of experience in delegating tasks and coordinating team efforts.
