As a Starbucks
Shift Leader, you will exemplify the operational standards that define the Starbucks Experience . You'll lead each shift, collaborating with baristas to deliver outstanding customer service and expertly crafted beverages and foods. Benefit Information Summary of Experience: Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment - 1 year.
Basic Qualifications: - Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
- Available for flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Meet store policies regarding quality service, cash handling, and safety.
- At least 6 months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests.
- Experience coaching the preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes.
- At least 6 months of experience delegating tasks to other employees.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: - Ability to lead and direct the work of others.
- Fast learner.
- Strong oral communication skills.
- Knowledge of the retail environment.
