Summary of Experience - At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or restaurant setting.
Basic Qualifications - Consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Willing to work flexible hours, which may include early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Adhere to store operating policies and provide quality food and beverages while handling cash and ensuring store security, with or without accommodations.
- Six months of experience in a role involving continuous interaction with customers.
- Prepare and coach others in the preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes.
- Six months of experience in delegating tasks and coordinating staff activities.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities - Ability to lead and direct the work of others.
- Quick to learn and adapt.
- Strong oral communication skills.
- Familiarity with retail environments.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- A team player who can build strong relationships.
