Summary of Experience - Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or restaurant setting.
Basic Qualifications - Regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
- Adhere to store operating policies and standards, including quality beverage preparation, cash handling, and store safety/security.
- Six (6) months experience in a role requiring constant interaction with and fulfilling customer requests.
- Ability to prepare and coach food/beverage preparation following standard recipes or customization per customer requests.
- At least six (6) months of experience in delegating tasks to or coordinating the efforts of two (2) or more employees.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities - Ability to direct the work of others.
