The Shift Leader role is designed as a management training opportunity that enhances your supervisory experience, coaching abilities, and operational insights in preparation for managing a store. You'll learn how to operate a multi-million dollar business, lead a dynamic team, and cultivate a community hub. Our aim is to develop aspiring store managers through this program.
As a Shift Leader, you will engage in a mix of online coursework, classroom training, and hands-on mentorship to master the following:

Experience Requirements - At least one year of retail or customer service management experience, with two years preferred, or 4+ years of U.S. military service.
- Minimum one year supervising others, team building, or coaching.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in a sales-focused environment.
