This position works alongside other hotel staff in a leadership role. As the hotel shift manager, you will be in charge of scheduling staff, assigning tasks to hotel personnel, dealing with client complaints, and ensuring that all safety procedures are followed. • Order supplies and coordinate product deliveries to keep track of inventories and make sure every location is well stocked
• Manage, direct, and ensure high guest satisfaction in the delivery of all services
• Oversee, train, and schedule hotel staff in shifts to ensure compliance and boost productivity levels
• Respond to guest issues in a timely, efficient, and polite manner
• Assign tasks to employees and ensure they are completed effectively and properly
• Prior experience working with Marriott branded properties in a similar capacity is preferred Qualifications:
• Must have prior experience of 2 or more years managing staff
• Must have previous experience in hospitality and the ability to perform various roles of the hotel staff
• A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required, with a bachelor's degree preferred
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office, strongly desired
• Possess excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills Compensation: $42,000 - $47,000 yearly
• Prior experience working with Marriott branded properties in a similar capacity is preferred

$42,000-$47,000 per year
