As a Shift Leader, you'll be a role model for our operational standards that define the Starbucks Experience. Leading a team of baristas during your shift, you will ensure exceptional customer service and beautifully crafted products in a vibrant store atmosphere. Basic Qualifications:
  • Regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
  • Available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Meet store operational standards, including cash handling and store safety.
  • Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer needs.
  • Knowledge in preparing and coaching the preparation of food and beverages.
  • At least six months of experience delegating tasks and coordinating team efforts.
