As a Starbucks shift leader, you will set the tone for store operations, embodying the Starbucks Experience . Lead shifts alongside a dedicated team of baristas to deliver exceptional customer service and expertly-crafted beverages. Summary of Experience
  • Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment - 1 year
Basic Qualifications
  • Regular attendance and punctuality, with or without accommodation.
  • Availability for flexible hours, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Comply with operational policies including quality service, cash handling, and store safety.
  • At least six months experience in a customer-interactive position.
  • Ability to prepare food and beverages to standard or customer preference.
  • Experience in delegating tasks and coordinating a team of employees.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Capable of directing others.
  • Quick learning ability.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of retail environments.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
