As a Shift Leader, you will embody our store's operational standards and serve as a guiding example for your team. Leading the shift and working alongside baristas, you will ensure exceptional customer service and the preparation of expertly crafted beverages. Summary of Experience
  • Minimum one year of customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment.
Basic Qualifications
  • Consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodations.
  • Available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Meet store operating policies and standards, including beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and safety.
  • Six months of experience in a customer interaction role.
  • Ability to teach others how to prepare food and beverages to specific recipes.
  • At least six months of experience in delegating tasks and coordinating a team.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Able to direct the work of others effectively.
  • Quick learner.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledgeable in the retail environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Able to collaborate within a team.
  • Skilled at building relationships.
