Summary of Experience - 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or restaurant setting.
Basic Qualifications - Consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Availability for flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
- Ability to meet store operating policies and standards, including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety and security.
- At least 6 months experience in a customer-service role requiring constant interaction with customers.
- Experience coaching others in food and beverage preparation to meet standard recipes or customized orders.
- At least 6 months of experience delegating tasks to others or coordinating between multiple employees.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities - Ability to lead and direct the work of others.
