Benefit Information Summary of Experience - Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment.
Basic Qualifications - Consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Availability to work flexible hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Adhere to store operating policies and standards, providing quality beverages and food products, alongside cash handling and store safety protocols, with or without reasonable accommodations.
- At least six (6) months of experience in a role requiring continuous customer interaction and fulfilling requests.
- Ability to prepare and oversee the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers.
- At least six (6) months of experience in delegating tasks to team members or coordinating the efforts of two (2) or more employees.
