Summary of Experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment.
Basic Qualifications
  • Regular attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Availability for flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
  • Adherence to store policies and standards, providing quality beverages and food, cash handling, and ensuring store safety.
  • Six months of experience in a role involving consistent customer interaction.
  • Experience preparing food and beverages per standard recipes or tailored for customers, including recipe adjustments.
  • Six months of experience assigning tasks to other team members or managing two or more employees.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Ability to guide the work of others.
  • Ability to learn quickly.
  • Effective verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with the retail environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Capable of building relationships effectively.
