As a Starbucks shift leader, you will embody the operational standards that define the Starbucks Experience. You will lead each shift by working hand-in-hand with a team of baristas to provide exceptional customer service and quality products. In this lively store atmosphere, you will have the chance to positively influence and support others, foster a motivating team environment, and enhance your leadership skills. We are looking for a shift leader who:

Summary of Experience:
  • 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Available for flexible hours that include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
  • Meets store policies and standards, including providing quality food and beverages, cash handling, and safety protocols.
  • At least 6 months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests.
  • Ability to prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or custom orders.
  • At least 6 months of experience delegating tasks and coordinating the efforts of two or more employees.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Ability to direct the work of others.
  • Quick learning capability.
  • Effective oral communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the retail environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Capability to build relationships.
