As a Shift Leader, you will embody the operations standards that shape the exceptional Starbucks Experience . You'll take charge of each shift, collaborating with a dynamic team of baristas to provide top-notch customer service and expertly-crafted beverages. Basic Qualifications:
  • Consistent attendance and punctuality.
  • Availability for flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
  • Success in adhering to store operating policies while ensuring quality service and safety.
  • A minimum of six months of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Experience in preparing food and beverages according to standard recipes or customizing them for customers.
  • At least six months of experience in delegating tasks or coordinating workflows among team members.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Ability to lead and direct others.
  • Quick learning abilities.
  • Effective verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of the retail environment.
  • Interpersonal skills that foster teamwork.
  • Ability to build meaningful relationships.
