Pay = Starts at $19

As a Hot Chi shift leader at a food hall location, your responsibilities fall into 5 main categories:

  1. LEAD RESTAURANT OPERATIONS FOR THAT SHIFT
    1. Opening and closing checklists
    2. Food safety and Walk In Cooler
    3. Equipment operation and troubleshooting
  1. ACCOUNTABILITY
    1. Enforcing restaurant policies including but not limited to: Uniform, Tardiness, Attendance, Phone Usage, Quality Identifier Adherence
  1. CUSTOMER RECOVERY
  1. Handling difficult customers like a Hot Chi Pro.
  2. Recovering guests using the E.A.C Method
  3. Issuing refunds + customer credits
  1. 4. INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
  1. Stowing away deliveries
  2. Creating Prep Lists
  3. Counting Full Restaurant Inventory Sheet
  4. Alerting Management about expected shortages

5. KITCHEN PREP
  1. Learn to make every item in Recipe Book
  2. Execute a master prep list of all bulk items
  3. Oversee execution of prep list
