As a Shift Leader, you will be an exemplary role model of our store operations standards, contributing to the Starbucks Experience . You'll lead each shift, collaborating with a team of baristas to provide exceptional customer service and high-quality products. In this dynamic atmosphere, you will have the opportunity to influence and motivate your team, maintain a supportive environment, and enhance your leadership skills.

Summary of Experience
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or restaurant setting.
Basic Qualifications
  • Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
  • Adhere to store operating policies and standards, including quality product preparation, cash handling, and safety protocols.
  • Minimum of six months experience in a role that involved constant customer interaction.
  • Coach others in preparing food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
  • At least six months of experience delegating tasks to or coordinating two or more employees.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Ability to direct the work of others effectively.
  • Quick learner with strong oral communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the retail environment with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and build relationships.
