Your Role As a Shift Leader, you'll be the go-to person for keeping things running smoothly. You'll support the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure everything operates seamlessly, all while keeping up with Dunkin' Brands and company standards. From leading the team to delivering top-notch service, you'll play a key role in making every shift a success.
- Prepare food and beverages according to Dunkin Brands standards
- Provide fast, friendly, and accurate service in accordance with the Six Steps of Service
- Encourage a positive work environment consistent with the Company values
- Cleaning and general store maintenance
- Performing food safety and product quality reviews as required
- Follow all procedures related to cash, cleanliness, food safety, and restaurant safety and security.
- Train and develop a team capable of delivering a great guest experience
- Work with the management team to innovate ways to build sales and guest loyalty
- Cover the service floor when the Manager and Assistant Manager are scheduled off the floor
