As a Starbucks
shift leader, you'll set the standard for operations and be a role model for our Starbucks Experience . Leading each shift, you will collaborate with baristas to deliver outstanding customer service and expertly-crafted beverages in an energetic environment. Basic Qualifications: - Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
- Meet store operational policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling, and store safety and security.
- At least six months of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to meet standard recipes or customize for customers.
- At least six months of experience delegating tasks to other employees or coordinating tasks among a team.
