Benefit Information To succeed in this role, candidates should have:
- At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment.
Basic Qualifications - Consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to meet store operating policies and standards regarding product quality and safety.
- Six months of experience in a role requiring regular interaction with customers.
- Experience in preparing and coaching others in food and beverage preparation, adhering to standard recipes.
- Six months of experience in delegating tasks to and coordinating two or more employees.
