Summary of Experience: - 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment.
Basic Qualifications: - Regular attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Adherence to store operating policies and standards, focusing on quality beverages and food products, cash handling, and safety.
- Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests.
- Ability to guide the preparation of food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer specifications.
- At least six months of experience directing tasks among team members.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: - Ability to lead and direct the efforts of others.
- Capacity to learn quickly.
