As a Starbucks Shift Leader, you'll embody the standards that define the Starbucks Experience. Leading each shift, you will work alongside a team of baristas, delivering exceptional customer service and expertly-crafted beverages. Summary of Experience:
  • 1 year of customer service experience in retail or restaurant settings.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Regular attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Familiarity with store operating policies and standards, including quality beverages, cash handling, and safety.
  • 6 months of experience interacting with customers.
  • Experience preparing food and beverages per standard recipes.
  • 6 months experience delegating tasks and coordinating employee efforts.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Ability to direct and support other employees.
  • Quick learning capability.
  • Effective oral communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the retail environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Team-oriented mindset.
