As a shift leader, you'll set the standard for our store operations, representing the Starbucks Experience during each shift. You will collaborate alongside a dynamic team of baristas to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality products. In this energetic setting, you will have the chance to positively influence and guide others, foster a motivating team atmosphere, and enhance your leadership skills.

To qualify for this position, you will need:
  • A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or restaurant setting.
  • Ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • At least six months of experience in roles requiring constant interaction with customers.
  • Experience preparing and coaching the preparation of food and beverages.
  • At least six months of experience delegating tasks or coordinating with others.
